Just a heads up, Astoria has te following for their portfolio short sale loan ervicing:

 

1)  No more than 4% commmission

and

2)  They make YOU pay $495 for their BPO/appraisal.....NO that does not come back if the property gets to closing

 

Best of luck, we had an AWFUL time with them (got it done of course, BUT, they are something else).
