Associated Bank are a small lender. There is a small team of loss Mit. Very easy to deal with. Will not remove deficiency on seconds. Will turn around quickly. Dealing with Fannie, FHA, Wheda is ok too.

Definitely not a huge lender, please post your experience with this lender as I'm sure it will help next time someone deals with Associated Bank.
