I got mine after being with T for only a week!

Steele, I got mine on Wed 1/20. Talked to another associate on Friday who said that they didn't get anything. That associate has been with T for only 6 mos.

The Excellen questionaire was emailed to me this last Friday. Anyone else receive it?

This is great news, I am new to Titanium, but have completed several assignments with them already. So, I'm excited to see what this experience is going to bring. I already have experience with REOs and Short Sales, but adding this element is convenient for the homeowner even if some don't recognize it.

Yes, Makoto, that was covered in the call as well. Good point for emphasis.

So if you have things in the pipeline right now, it's a good time to earn brownie points by really being on top of those files.

Please note that Excellen will give preference to HRCs that have performed well for them in the past.

Just got this link from the Harris University. It is an interview with the new CEO of Excellen and will give you a ton of info on the upcoming REO business they will be distributing.

I found it easiest to use the MP3 player to listen to this. A couple of points to reiterate.

Don't call your Titanium Reps. They are doing loss mitigation, not REOs.

There will be a questionaire being emailed out to all HRCs in a couple of weeks to determine interest in REOs and then experience and ability to work with them. The CEO is estimated that a cadre of some 1,500 HRCs will be chosen to start.

They will probably limit the number of REOs given out to 20.

The interview is over an hour but well worth listening to.

I have also worked with Titanium for the past couple of years. I did speak to the field manage and he also said they would be using HRC's for the REO listings.

Tha t makes 2 reasons to Join Titanium as an HRC. I got my first short sale lead from a regular, (not short sale assignment) Titanium assignment and took the listing yesterday. YAY. They do charge a 25% referral fee but you would pay that for a direct introduction anyway. I asked my Titanium manager if Excellen was going to use us as REO agents and she told me YES! So, if you have not signed on with Titanium, you might want to if you want Short Sale and REO assignments!
