I have a short sale from BOA with Titanium. Initially, the agents were responsive and helpful. A BPO was done 5 times on the property and Titanium explained that the last BPO showed a value well above our sales contract. I provided the comps and was told they would order a new BPO, 2 months ago.....I am not receiving any response now.

Has anyone experienced this and have any suggestions on what to do, who to contact?

Is it a challenge getting on with this company? I was told they were not adding hrc's in my area. Difficult to believe this with the amount of people losing their homes. I even have the area regional managers number that covers my state but have not heard back from them. It's sad the amount of people that need help in this market. I appreciate any advice you can give me. I also heard that this new equator system is a bit challenging working with boa is this true? What suggestions does anyone have on how to deal with that?

I called the area mgr and same problem. I left 3 messages but no response back. Don't know what to make of TS. Haven't seen any signs of improvements of BofA. I wonder if it's a CA thing where they're just chilling out. :)

i just email the person who originally contacted me. the responce was great but now not so much. have not heard back in 2 weeks with one man and 3 days with another women. i found my area manager today with the link below and emailed her a few hours ago....we will see?

Ryan, are you talking about your Area Manager, the home office, or both? ;-)
I've ALWAYS gotten a great response time (email or calling) from my Area Manager (Becca Wilson - she rocks). Not always so great from the home office!

TS wonte ever get back to me. I have better luck contacting BOA and getting answers faster than they can provide....as far as Im concerned so far....they have no business doing any negotiations with a short sale.

Funny, when they need something from me they call 10 times a day/night but when you want an upate there phones all must be on DND?
