Hey...

Can anybody direct me to where to vote for the worst loan servicer when it comes to short sales for 2010?

It's that time of year and it's time to reward the worst...

Where is the poll?

  • Either way works for me... A rating system of 1- 5 that automatically ranks the worst of the worst would be great if that's doable.

Make it for 2011 and at the end of the year come up with some dud trophy to Personally Deliver to the CEO with a photo op for distribution. Perhaps something to the tune of a clogged toilet for contributing to the delay of a true market recovery. I would certainly donate to that.

Just need a name for the honors of being worst of the worst..

With some of the blog writing talent on here... it should make for an interesting topic.

I think I'll create a poll and place it on the site tomorrow. Should we have a rating system like 1-5 per lender or maybe rank from worse to first? Any ideas?

  • Aurora is the worst! Cenlar close behind.

BofA the best until they started farming out to the horrific GreenTree Servicing.

  • The Race is On to be the Worst of the Worst!

I'm changing out my vote with LBPS -- they got a little better.. Bank of America was showing improvement last year but for whatever reason... this year has been the Pits with them.... Same with Wells Fargo lately. Bogus excuses dragging on the process.

I don't get it.... you would think that they were supposed to improve year over year but from what I've been seeing.... they are really trying to stick it to everybody.

  • LOL..I've had good luck with AHMSI lately, but honestly, I think we can all say that at any given point any servicer will be crappy to deal with.

Lately, I'm not a fan of ASC.  I am in agreement with Jeff that BOA is picking up, but even they can be tough.

  • AHMSI is the PITTTTS!  Nothing in writing...  Nothing they stick too... Changes of negotiators.... Change of terms.... Lies and deceipt!  They cannot even decide on the same day by 2 negotiators, the same terms, as if you want two NEGOTIATORS ??? if that is what they are.. what they are doing!
  • AHMSI

  • Right on the money Jeff!

  • Actually.... I would vote for B of A to be the most improved for 2010...

My vote would be for LBPS.
