If Wells/ASC authorize a junior lien to receive some money, will that amount and payee always be listed on the short sale approval letter or would it just be lumped in with other costs? It seems like the estimated HUD 1 would not be enough.

Thanks Brian, I guess I should have been more specific. I know of a transaction that the title company is paying about 5K to a junior lien holder, but there is nothing on the short sale letter specifically starting to pay the junior. They are just going off the HUD1. Is that more clear?
