USDA Purchaser - Is USDA out of money?

Approved short sale. Buyer USDA financing. Told that USDA ran out of money. We are in Florida. Anyone else heard any news about this? Timeframes to share? Already know the lack of friendship between short sales and USDA Buyers, but already in the thick with this one.
