US Bank second Lien holder
I have an APPROVED short sale with BofA involving a property that was included in a bankruptcy discharge. US Bank (second lien holder) will NOT move this file forward and I am have difficulty escalating this file.

Why won't they move the file forward? Is there a specific reason they are stating or are they just moving too slow?
