Ok. I have been working with SPS and accepted the counter offer... it is taking 10+ days to image docs that are submitted... then is another doc is required... another 10+ days... we have been waiting 3 weeks for a reply to the counter offer... does anyone have a way to speed this process? I have left messges with managers and get no response.

Have you reached out to their ombudsman office? Besides that I'd have my team escalating non stop until we have gotten some sort of response. Times frames like that are grounds for escalation.

Good Luck! It took me 6 months for an approval. I was calling them non stop and all they would say is its in review, but it was a lie. They were just sitting around. I finally got my approval at the beginning of this month. But managers nor the ombudsman were able to help out. Unless someone here has some kind of contact person there. Just be consistent with them and eventually youll get your approval.

I had the same result as Freddie. I called everyday and they would tell me it is in review. Had a good offer in that met the BPO Value on OCT 6th 2012. I finally got approval in March and closed March 19th. Very frustrating, but be persistent and eventually you will get an answer.
