Hi!

Can you somehow post this under the "General" Blogs or whatever? (so it shows up on home page? To Bring attention to this program? To date, I have sent info to my MLS and Board, and no one seams to care or know anything about it! I am guessing that they may know, however the License agreement may be an issue!

Most important, I escalated a file with Fannie Mae, and had to take the time to explain to the person I was speaking to ...

and instructing me to use this platform, that I do not have this luxury!!! (yet)! I know of this program fortunately! (all worked out) but I can see an agent not familiar with this... having to go spend needless time, only also to find out they dont have access. I imagine that the MLS's that are participating in this have promoted it big time.

Fannie Mae Assistance Desk appears to have been around for a couple months... I just found out about it my self through the CDPE webcast you refference as well!
