Sort Sale refused as NOT being a short sale???

Loan amount $304k, reinstatement amount $390k

The bank will not accept an offer of $312, they say this is not a short sale

I am thinking its because of the loan amount not the reinstatement.....all SS i have done have been less than original loan amount

Any thoughts

Maybe maybe not. They may think the property is worth more than $390,000. Who is the Servicer? Investor?
