I see a lot of discussions about SLS and people requesting management contact info, etc. but I can't seem to find any escalation contacts.
I am working on a 1st with SLS and our appraisal just returned. They won't tell me what it came in at nor will they give me a counter offer or a minimum net. They said the offer is too low but won't tell me by how much. They told me that the only thing I can do is keep submitting higher offers until it gets approved. This property is a wreck and I strongly feel that this is the highest offer we are ever going to see. They also told me that submitting a request for a value dispute would be useless. I have called back multiple times and every person on the other end tells me the same thing. They also won't connect me to my single point of contact or the actual negotiator. I am banging my head against the wall on this one. I have dealt with SLS on 2nds before and they have been manageable but this is absurd. I have been told since day 1 that this is a private investor so I can't even try to escalate from that end.
Any insight or connections out there???
