Shortsale offer now submitted to Equator?
Brief summary: shortsale that has been empty for 2+yrs and vandalized after the evaluation ordered by BOA-
We made offer to BOA in July- turned in requested info- they transferred loan to Selene- offer resubmitted with Selene- 8/11/14- turn time 48-72 hrs- that then turned into 30 days- that turned into 3+wks-
Listing Agent turned ticket in with HUD last week-
Last update is that she is resubmitting offer thru EQUATOR-
Anyone know what I could possibly expect next?????
