Short Sale Software

Hi, Is anyone using a really good SS software program? Looking for a program that tracks the sale with file information, document copies, reminders, contact database etc. Appreciate your input!

If you ever find out please let me know. I would like to find maybe a 'free' solution one that does not require alot of money to get into.
