Short Sale Marketing

I've been wondering if there are any agents here who have been marketing through social media platforms, I'd like to see if anyone have some solid successful short sale marketing plans to reach potential short sale sellers?

Have anyone tried to organize an informational tweetup?

What are some of the successful ways an agent reach out to more short sale sellers to help?

Hi Dawn - I'm curious. Is your facebook page set up as a business separately (i.e. a fan page or a separate facebook account just for business use), or do you commingle friends with business and have just one facebook account? I've been debating about how to use facebook for business. thanks.
