Short sale facilitation

Hello everyone,

With all the new investor guideline changes and delays at most banks, short sales can take way too long. If you currently are processing them yourselves or looking for a change in team, please reach to me. I have processed and negotiated hundreds of short sales with no problems. I have great relationships with most lenders and have close contact with higher up management, allowing me to bypass most steps.

There are a few reputable third party negotiators on here, spend some time on these boards and add helpful insight. That is the way to get business.
