Started a short sale about 10 months ago submit all documents to nation star it took them 6 months to get back to us with a counter offer of $450,000 the buyer increase his offer from $330,000 to $400,000 submit the new offer then nation star sent the property to auction.com after they didn’t get a better  offer from the auction they got back to us with a new counter offer higher than the original  $560,000 what the hell is going on can someone explain.
