Shellpoint as a second mortgage any tips here?

The first mortgage is Freddie mac and they gave 6K to the second one and for 2 months they keep telling me that is pending investor approval?? Its driving me crazy !!!

Escalate and speak to a manager so someone can follow up on what the hold up is. There likely is not much else that can be done besides lighting a fire under them and letting them know they are delaying closing and potentially killing the transaction due to their time frames and the 1st lien approval expiring.

I did and I got the same answer and Im already in my third extension on the first mortgage extension  due to the lack of answer, they just don't care!!
