Seller Incentives

Hi superstars, I have a disabled client who was approved through Wells for HAFA, however, due to his poor health condition and complete lack of income right now, the money he is getting is not enough to get him out of his house and into an apartment. Do any of you know of any other programs that we could reach out to for assistance? We are in Florida (Orange County).
