I have a seller that I am working with on a ss through WF through Equator.  We are almost at the end and I believe it will be accepted.  I just found out that seller would like me to handle another ss for another property that he owns through Greentree.

After researching here on our site, I see that all the comments are a couple of years old.  Is there anyone that can shed light on their recent experience with Greentree and also and more importantly, are there are laws regarding the same seller obtaining two short sales in the same year etc.?

I appreciate any feedback.

Thank you,

Linda

Nothing special for GT. Just fax in the package and have at it. Probably will be a Fannie Mae deal. The seller can do as many short sales as they need to. I did 3 for one last year all at the same time with separate lenders. I've had numerous sellers do multiple short sales. Myself included.

So nice to get such a quick response.  My SS friends are great!

Wonderful. Thanks so much for your prompt response. So no special quirks withGreentree? I know I did at least one with them about a year ago and I remember having peculiar issues but can't remember right now what they were. I believe they transferred the file to another company and it took a month or more for them to locate it. Just curious if any of my SS friends had any similar experiences

Linda - You can do multiple short sales at the same time, the same year.  It's not a problem.

Thank you so much for your reply.  Very much appreciated
