REDC

Hello Everyone,

I finally got a short sale closed with BOA that was a Nightmare! We tried to get HAFA approval and the file was sent to AMS for 7 months and never received an answer. Anyways I have just initiated a new short sale and I was told to has been sent to REDC (Real Estate Disposition Corp). Can anyone tell me if this will be another nightmare, or what do I need to know about REDC?

REDC does Cooperative Sales and I think HAFA too.

I got two files with them right now. Very Slow so you have to be persistant!
