Real Time Solutions, Need contact info!!!

I too, like many others, have just been informed by B of A that the second loan has been "service released" to  Real Time. Of course this has occured at the end of the deal after we've been waiting 2 months for approval.

I contacted the number given and all I keep getting is a recording to leave a voicemail. ANYONE have any contact info for them? ANYONE done any business with them to let me know how long we may have to wait?

    Aneetra - I went through the same troubles as you and emailed Craig Gilbert with my issues while CC'ing my negotiator. Craigs email is craig.gilbert@rtresolutions.com . I received an email the same day from my hard to reach negotiator and got what I needed. Never heard from Craig Gilbert, but i'm sure it helped a little bit. I sent over sellers financials on 11/17 and received Jr. Lien Approval 12/3. In response, I requested full settlement and received 12/6. A little hard in the beginning, but once the communication lines were open, everything went smoother. Best of Luck!!
