Karen--You know, I just entered a new short sale listing in MLS and wrote just THAT! It's because of the buyers that I've represented when the listing agents didn't know what they were doing sending all offers to the bank! I guess I should say just that to this guy now as well! I tell them that it is my understanding based on our MLS guidelines and rules etc that there can only be one offer and all the rest back ups.
