Preferred Realtor for SHort Sales with Banks

Hi I am new to listing short sales but I would like to be a prefered realtor for banks for there customers who have reached out to the bank and asked for assistance and have been advised to do a short sale. I know that Caliber and BoA has that type of program. i would appreciatae any help , contacts phone numbers, links, websites .
