Wondering if anybody has a contact with PNC to push a file through. We've done everything the negotiator has asked. Unfortunately, she has decided to be belligerent on every phone call, and I can not get answers. I've stayed on the phone (hold) for her "team leader" all week with no results. I've spoken to the "single point of contact". (not luck) My sellers are being more than cooperative. Any advice would be appreciated. I'm not going to babble any further. Just need advice.

Thanks so much. However, the negotiator has already refused to submit the file. (verbally) We're only off by 15k contribution from the sellers. (of which they don't have due to medical expenses) That's why I need a contact above her. Unfortunately, her direct supervisor will not take my calls. I've held for 20 minutes 3 times this week. Unlike BOA, PNC does not seem to have a directory. (that I can find)
