Please anybody can help with some effective farming letters for short sale listings

I will truly appreciate any help that I can receive from people that have found effectiveness on farming letters that target homeowners in default. I have been sending some letters but I haven't get a return on it and I believe that my content it's not reaching enough for people to get back to me. If there is anyway I can reciprocate the favor, I will gladly do so. Thanks to all of you that read this. Sincerely.

Brian, you have similar results as we do... traditional mailers get us a 2% return while short sales fall a bit short of 1% most likely because many homeowners do NOT open their mail if it has to do with their house in a short sale situation
