Never heard of them but I would go direct to a ORTC officer and ask them for the information.  Hope this helps.
My B of A negotiator came back to me last week and told me OR had asked for $15,000 to get out of the MI.  She had no phone # or e-mail for them.  My Homeowners sent her an e-mail requesting contact info..she had only a Fax #.  I have already faxed them requesting info.  I cannot seem to find ANY way to get ahold of them!  Negotiator basically told me they are the worst and VERY tough to get any concessions out of.  Anybody have any ideas???

Hi Kimberly -

I have all the contact info for them if you want to message me directly.  I am currently working with them as the second.  The terms are very challenging but she does answer her phone and call back when you leave a message. Every time.  Good luck!  -Meg

Hi. Would you mind sharing the info with me as well :). I just had the same thing happen today - B of A - $15,500 to Old Republic or short sale denied. The 1st will contribute $6,000 but will not allow the buyer or anyone else to contribute additional funds to the MI company. Thanks in advance! Laura
Hi I'm in same boat, Old Republic wants 8600, BofA will only allow 2221. No one is budging. Can I get that number also?
