OCWEN and ALTISOURCE NEED BIG HELP!
Help with OCWEN, I just started a short sale, and received a Brokerage contract from Altisource which Seller and Broker refuse to sign, is this legal or obligatory?
How can I go around this? I read that if the contract does not get signed within 2 weeks the file goes back to Ocwen, is this true? HELP!

It's the way of the future with short sales. I too resisted but then decided I needed to just learn how to work through their system. Thus far it hasn't been much of a big deal. Should be a good niche for agents willing to learn. I smell more business coming my way.

I want to add that it's all about the disclosures. Disclose the possibility of an auction early and often. Let all parties know you have no control over the process but can help guide them through it. then the parties can decide whether or not to move forward. Then do the best you can for your client.
