I need to express my gratitude to SSS and also ask for prayers, encouragement, etc. I have been working with OCWEN for 2 months on a file. I was getting nowhere except "ss denied" responses until I started dialing all of the numbers posted by SSS agents. Finally got a response from upper management for approval but it came 2 weeks out from the TS which they refuse to postpone. As of today we are waiting for buyer docs. so we can fund and wire funds to OCWEN by the 28th in order to dodge the TS.

I have grey hair over this file, but have remained diligent and hopeful that we will successfully close it.

I gotta give a shout out to my lender who is doing an FHA loan on this for the buyer in only  2 weeks.

Matthew Rundle at Westin Mortgage has been a bulldog trying to get this done. I'm hoping I can call him HERO at the end of the day!
