New ruling for the $10,000 relocation assistance for HAFA

Does anyone have a copy of the notification that was submitted on this new ruling.  I am working on a BK sale and the courts are looking for it.  We have news articles etc...but not the original.

Any help would be appreciated!

This Supplemental Directive increases the amount of relocation assistance to $10,000 for a HAFA short sale or DIL that closes on or after February 1, 2015.
