New Automatic Email Status Notification

Hi All,

 

Still waiting for our offer to be either accepted or rejected... BOA now is sending a automatic Email Status notification.  Anyone know what this is about?  Has anyone gotten any updates through their automatic email system.  All of the required paperwork has been submitted through Equator...any idea as to how much time until a negotiator is assigned?  How long approximately would I still have to wait.  Waiting for about 7mo now and counting... any imput will be appreciated. thanks!MD

    Wendy, thank you for your reply. Actually, the offer was put in 7 months ago outside of Equator. It was then resubmitted through Equator about a month ago... thanks!

    Hello MD, They are inconsistently sending out the email notifications about what "phase" the short sale is in. If your file was initially started in Equator 7 months ago, something is amiss. It should take 60-120 days to get most of the BOFA short sales approved through Equator. Hopefully, whoever is in direct communications with Bank of America will be calling and emailing the negotiator regularly to "nudge" the file along.
