Need contact for BOA 2nd and it's VA Not the same 1st and 2nd

Sometimes I feel like am idiot, so be kind please.

Both loans were originally with BOA, then BOA sold to Green Tree but still holds the 2nd. I finally got my seller approved through Green Tree but they are offering about $1,500 to BOA on the 2nd. I faxed BOA twice because no equator for VA loans. I cannot get a response.

 

Any suggestions? Maybe a contact where I can actually talk to someone. It's been a hard long battle with Green Tree and they have given us about 6 weeks to close,

Hi Donna. VA loans are only 1st loan. So the 2nd with BofA won't be VA.

Donna - In addition, as Bryant says, the second won't be VA, so it must go through Equator.  Start on it immediately.
