I was told by negotiator with Chase on Feb 17 that file approved and sent to closing dept....Despite conversations with closing agent, who has had file since Feb 20 and states she is to busy to send the letter...and leaving voice mails for her supervisor.....I can't get the approval letter. Our buyers think we have lied and are threatening to walk. This is nuts! Does anyone have a contact at Chase who can help me get this closing agent to send us the approval letter????

It's quite normal for this process to take 7-10 business days. This is one of the reasons we never tell the buyer side we have the approval until we have the written approval in hand. Just keep pushing the issue. I'm sure you will have it in due course.
