Nationstar Servicer, Wells Fargo Investor, Mortgage Insurance Company, Short Sale Denied - Need WF Name and Phone #
I have a file in which Nationstar is the servicer, Wells Fargo is the investor and there is an unknown mortgage insurance company. Offer is over BPO. They've done an online auction which garnered no additional offers. MI demanded large concession, WF refused. Short sale denied and closed. No counter. No other info.
Does anybody have any suggestions or contact info?
I tried someone I know inside WF, but was told it's not in their system, and she can't help because they aren't the servicer.

Tough scenario. Who is the MI company? How much is the MI looking to recoup if the property is foreclosed on? What are they looking for to allow the short sale to go through? You need to get in there with WF and MI to see if somehow the gap can be covered.
