I wish I could help - I also need a way to escalate.  My TS is scheduled for Monday 8/13 @ 9:00AM and I cannot get them to respond with anything other than their canned response

"I am putting in a request to pp fcl, I just ordered our BPO. During the next week or so that takes for our BPO to be completed and returned, please make sure the following documents uploaded to the library and ready for review (if they are already uploaded, no need to reload them, just upload what is missing or needs to be updated): 1. Agent completed or paid for BPO. 2. Fully completed 7 page RMA signed and dated within the last 2 months regardless if the file is going HAFA or not. 3. Dodd Frank signed and dated within the last 2 months. 4. Active listing agreement. 5. Payoff statements for any and all subordinate liens. 6. Title search dated within the last two months. 7. Hardship letter signed and dated within the last 2 months 8. Please advise borrower they have the option of being reviewed for hamp if they want to decline the review please send a letter signed and dated opting out Thank you"

I've uploaded everything they requested to the Library - weeks ago - but they only respond with this canned answer!

We had a troublesome Nationstar SS before the Aurora switch.  We were able to find some really amazing contacts through Jigsaw.com. Hope this helps.

 have a problem here .  Nationstar just is putting  borrowers  home on Auction in less than 12 days !!! WAITING TO GET AN ACCEPTANCE ON SHORT SALE HELP !1 NEED TO ESCALATE I AM SURE
