Nation Star Nightmare

Can anyone help me get Nationstar to address my file before foreclosure on 3/28? Full file has been before them since Feb.  Asked for more info in early March, countered us, we accepted and file was before the investor as of March 5th. 

They tell me they can make no assurances that they will even answer (approve or deny) before foreclosure on 3/28.  They said there is NOTHING I can do (and asked me to stop calling--yes, Ivan said "stop calling"--though this was my FIRST call to the escalation desk--which was closed).  They said it doesn't matter that I exceeded guidelines (file submitted MORE than 15 days before foreclosure, file allegedly before investor more than 10 biz days--their WRITTEN guidelines). WHAT CAN I DO??

  Anyone willing to help? Share? Going to pull my hair out with these guys.....

      Who is the investor on this transaction? Have they placed a postponement request? If not, will they? Sounds like they are going to make you sweat this one out. Sounds like the cards may be in you favor of a successful postponement, but nothing is guaranteed in short sales. Hang in there!

Ask for a supervisor or manager and escalate, escalate, escalate!  I spoke with their escalation department last week and received immediate attention on another matter.  Did you call 1-877-343-6386 (NationStar Realtor Escalation Department)?
