  • Great article!

  • Awesome article Joseph... this is great for realtors to use. I printed it out. IF the Mortgage Debt Relief Act does NOT get extended....realtors need to educate tons of potential clients that it is STILL in their best interest to do a short sale and NOT have tax consequences..in some cases...it just got better. I knew these rules because I work with a CPA that is extremely up on all the guidelines, etc on what owners can do in these situations after a short sale.
Knowledge IS power.... But I luv on how you just solidified what I knew.... time to educate the masses.... Shy:)
