Has anyone ever dealt with this company? I have a second lien that needs a release and it was just transferred to this company. I tried calling Chase but they don't own the loan. Any help or phone numbers would be appreciated.

I am working on the 2nd now as well and Morgan Stanley is PHH for me. Try calling this number and see if they are servicing the loan.
I used this number.800-750-2518 for the short sale department. ALl the blog info says it take 4 month to do the short sale but I was told 30 days. The BPO has been ordered already. They have their own short sale docs ask what you need to send them.
