Marketing HOA" for short sales

Anybody working HOA's? ...building relationships with HOA Managers and Board of Directors and then advertising in the Community Newsletter; having homeowner options panels, loan mod how-to classes, short sale info etc... would be a great win-win ...happy homeowners who are content and plan on staying put are much more likely to pay their HOA dues... and many will end up short selling.
If you are doing this I would like to talk about it!

Hi Forth,

I'm not doing this currently, but it is a great idea! Some HOA's are very particular though about communicating with non-members; but when you think about it, they would indeed have info about the delinquencies.

Maybe we should brainstorm this a bit further?
