Hi guys, I've read a lot on these forums, but I'm looking for help from a realtor who has successful experience with helping homeowners who are current and don't fall into the hardship categories that I'm seeing online. Background on us: one mortgage, CMA comes up 40k under what we owe on our home, and we have Carrington as a lender. We recently spoke with a home investor, who offered to rent our home until the market turns back around. In this scenario they take care of the mortgage. Has anyone dealt with this scenario?
