Hi Guys,

We've had the approval and have been ready to go to closing…..BUT the title company has not received the Letter of Indemnity yet.

We need to get this done yesterday or we won't be able to close by the approval deadline. 

Any suggestions? Does anyone have a contact over at Fidelity in the underwriting department?
