LCS has the second and will not agree to what the first (BofA offered $3000). They want $12,000. Does anyone have any advice? The seller will go into foreclosure if we don't get them to agree.

Can the Buyer contribute? The only other alternative is that maybe the Listing agent, Buyer's Agent and Buyer can split the difference.
I had the same problem with Green Tree, the first lein holder Chase would only give 3000 and Green Tree would only accept 6000, we split the difference amoung all parties to close the deal.
