keep us posted about what happens with this Judgement

Hi Marta,

I'd like to hear how this all unfolds. Unless the person who has the judgment filed a lis pendens against the property, it seems to me that it could still be sold and the judgment be a personal judgment that remains in force. But I have a feeling this is more complicated than that, and would like to know how it plays out. Thanks and good luck, Sue

I am hoping that the scenario you are mentioning IS what is going on, however, it is too soon to tell. Will keep you posted. Thanks for the interest and the good wishes.
