Investor Short Sales

Anyone in California ever work with an investor with multiple properties but are now in need of a Short Sale on one property; any success with an approval?

Thanks Brian for your response. The sellers have consulted with an attorney so hopefully we can make it work for them. All of their properties are in a Trust. I'm sure a lot of documents will need to be provided to the bank but looking forward to tackling a new project. :)
