Does anyone have any insight as far as what is going on with Freddie Mac? I just got off the phone with my Citi negotiator and she said they are really backed up have had files over there since October without response. They have been slow and non-responsive. I have one from US Bank that is going through the same thing. Is Freddie doing a re-organization or something? Anyone with insight? Any ideas how to speed them up? One of my files is nearing sheriff's sale and one is nearing end of redemption period. any help would be greatly appreciated!
