How does one get to first base with Ocwen as Freddie Mac Servicer

My client's loan servicing was transferred from Saxon to Ocwen more than a month ago and I'm still having trouble getting the needed Freddie Mac paperwork to request a short sale.  Anyone been there done that?

Thanks, Brian.  My customer relations contact at Ocwen and others there had been urging me to send in the offer with the completed Form 710, something I refused to do stating that I didn't want my HAFA short sale and offer rejected. 

Ocwen has a Freddie Mac HAFA short sale staff of which my contact is not a member. 

Ok, Brian, what's LPMI? And, how does one submit the request for HAFA review?  In writing along with Form 710?

I've worked several short sales, but obviously not enough to know all the acronyms. For example, BRPRP was also totally new to me till just recently.

Marv, thanks for your response.  It gave me a 'duh' moment, although I'd scoured Freddie Mac, for some reason your comment made it jell for me.  Thanks very much for helping me see in the forest the one tree that I needed.
