Is there anyone that knows who to contact above the executive office to stop a foreclosure? I have an offer above the minimum Net proceeds and WF is not stopping the foreclosure. Foreclosure date is set for 3/15/16, I submitted the offer to WF 10 days prior to foreclosure date. HELP, please!!!

What type of loan is this and how delinquent is the account? Wells Fargo likes to play hardball at times, but more often than not if you can reach the right person sale dates get postponed even within the 10 day rule.

I had a similar scenario with Wells Fargo. They told me the same thing. I contacted the attorney for the bank and requested a postponement. I then sent a copy of the contract to the Attorney. He told me he would contact the bank and get their permission for the postponement. By the time it was all said and done, I searched the court records and found that an Entry to Postpone had been filed and signed by the Judge the day before the sale.
