I have made it through every obstacle with this deal and am not willing to let it die. I have an FHA Short sale through GMAC that I have gotten approved; however, the seller did not inform me that there was 3 judgments on her. They did not even show up on the prelim. The minimum that the bank would accept is 325,600, but we are getting them $334,500 as a pay-off. THe judgements total for 16,000. Has anyone been able to make it work with the FHA short sale lender??

I have one right now that had a balance of $10508, will settle for $7881 and FHA will pay up to $2500 towards it.
