Anyone have any SS experience with them, or thoughts on my issue.......... Owner delinquent 9 months. No foreclosure started yet. Great Cash offer from a buyer. No 2nd mrtg. Owner willing to do anything. Harris says drop the listing price, and offer comes in higher than that. Very limited time to make it go.. Thoughts?

JD, never done a short with Harris but it seems like they're not in a hurry to take the property to auction - that's a good indication they're motivated to take a short sale. Just follow the normal process:
submit package and confirm receipt
confirm BPO ordered and confirm when complete
confirm assignment to negotiator (usually happens no later than 30 days)
check status weekly
negotiate terms of Approval Letter before and after getting it
Let us know as things progress or if you run into road blocks and we'll advise!
