This is my first time on the site but I have reviewed posts on here before. I am the office manager for a small real estate office in Indian Rocks Beach Florida and I need some assistance.
We just submitted a short sale package to GMAC through Equator. My negotiator seems to work for Red C Group. Who are they??
They just countered our offer and the 3rd party fee that we did not have on our HUD has been added. They took it away from our commission. Of course, we rejected this and went back to them with our original offer.
Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!
